Sweet Violet Jane

I opened an Etsy shop this past March and thought I might try my hand at selling my skirts. I have been sewing for years, and these little pieces are my favorite creation yet. My daughter and niece have been the only ones to wear them, because I have such a hard time letting them go. Each skirt is made from a vintage embroidered pillowcase and a vintage handkerchief. Some of the linens come from estate sales, antique stores, and from family members. Thank you aunt Pearl and Great grandma Caroline! They are so girly and sweet, that I named them after my 3 year old daughter. Enjoy.

Oh, I am having way too much fun with all these babies lately. This adorable little boy was just so perfect to photograph. Look at those little lips! I took mom's Maternity photos a while back, and recreated one of my favorite shots with little Trenton. I am so happy for my friends and their perfect little family!

Welcome Nora Virginia!

Engaged

I met this couple at Bush park in Salem last weekend for some super cozy engagement shots. They were so much fun to work with and absolutely adorable. This is one of my favorite sessions ever! It was perfect in every way.
